REFUNDS MAY ONLY BE PROVIDED FOR PURCHASE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED IN OUR SYSTEM. SALE TRANSACTIONS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OTHERWISE, ESPECIALLY IF THE BUYER HAS NOT CONFIRMED THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THEM PRIOR TO PURCHASE. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND VERIFY DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED. WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF THE UNIT IS INSTALLED BY OUR ORGANIZATION AND DEFECT CAN BE PROVEN WITHOUT DOUBT AND IS NOT CAUSED BY PHYSICAL OR ELECTRICAL SHORT DAMAGE DUE TO IMPROPER WIRING AND/OR SHORT. LEAD TIMES MUST BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A VALID GROUND FOR REFUND.
No Refunds are provided without prior written consent from the GM of the company. Refunds maybe approved by the GM where no financial loss or breach of agreement is likely to occur between parts or product manufacturing suppliers, wholesalers and Signal Co. Where manufacturing or parts supply order has been placed from the system or by a company staff and cancellation is not granted by the factory or wholesaler then these terms will be applicable the sale by us to the customer. If there is no loss or breach a refund maybe granted and only if the goods have not been packaged for dispatch. We require contact with in 1 day of purchase, in writing, for any refund requests to be considered. We reserve the right to refuse refunds once the sale has finalized without explanation. We have this policy in place to counter tampering of goods and attempting to return claim post tampering which has happened on several occasions lately.
